09 JAN. Real Madrid kutumia £30m kumchukua liverpool Striker Luis Suarez

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho is ready to make a £30m bid for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez this month according to Spanish sources. The La Liga club will apparently make advances to the Uruguayan international who is in the middle of an eight match ban handed to him by the FA following his altercation with Man United full back Patrice Evra.

Indeed Mourinho will look to take advantage of any ill feeling that Suarez may feel towards the English FA as he hopes to add to the attacking options in his Real Madrid squad. Currently the former Chelsea boss only have two recognised strikers in Karim Benzema and Gonzalo Higuain, with the mercurial Cristiano Ronaldo also on hand to weigh in with an astonishing goal tally from his wide attacking role.

The La Liga giants hope to tempt the 24 year old striker into leaving Liverpool just a year after moving to the Merseyside club from Ajax. That hope may have been increased by suggestions that Suarez feels he is being vilified by the powers that be, the national press and opposition supporters, enough to make the talented striker consider his future in the country.

Whilst the Liverpool striker has apologised for any offence caused during his alleged racist attack on Patrice Evra he has also steadfastly denied the charges the FA found him guilty of. That simmering resentment could leave the forward considering his options.

He will however be buoyed by the wholehearted support he has received from Liverpool Football Club and this could help fight off any intention to leave. Luis Suarez has notched up 12 goals and 11 assists in 32 starts since his £22.8m move from Amsterdam.
